KK Jersey Refund and Return Policy

Contact KK Jersey within seven days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, materially different from the confirmed order or missing from the delivered package. Each request is reviewed against the order details and supporting evidence.

How to Report a Problem

Email support@kkjersey.ru with your order number, the checkout email, a clear explanation and photos of the product, parcel and shipping label. For printing, badge or customization problems, include close-up photos. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.

Customized Products

Products made with a custom name, number, patch or other personalized selection generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or customer input error. A customized item remains eligible for review when KK Jersey confirms a production error, damage or a material difference from the submitted customization.

Size and Change-of-Mind Requests

Customers should use the product size guide before ordering. A size preference or change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund, particularly for customized items. If support authorizes a return, the product must remain unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Do Not Send an Unauthorised Return

Do not send a product to the registered office or another address without written return instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be refused or may not be identifiable. Support will provide the applicable return steps after reviewing the case.

Available Resolutions

Depending on the confirmed issue, product availability and circumstances, a resolution may include replacement, partial refund, full refund or another reasonable solution. Refunds are normally sent through the original payment route when possible. Payment providers and banks can require additional processing time.

Delivery and Customs Issues

For delayed parcels, first use the tracking and shipping support process. A shipment is not automatically treated as lost because tracking pauses during customs or carrier handover. Incorrect addresses, refused delivery and unpaid destination charges may affect refund eligibility.
