This policy explains order preparation, dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking and international shipping for purchases made through kkjersey.ru.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Preparation can include stock confirmation, customization, quality checks and packing. Customized names, numbers or patches can require additional preparation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Most published delivery estimates are approximately 8-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Destination, carrier workload, customs checks, weather, public holidays and seasonal order volume can affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost, free-shipping eligibility and any destination-related processing amount are shown in the cart or checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds apply only when displayed for the current order and destination.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. A tracking number can take several days to receive its first scan. International parcels may transfer between logistics partners, so the carrier name or tracking page can change during delivery.

Split Shipments

Products from one order may be sent in separate packages because of availability, customization or logistics. Separate parcels can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.

Customs and Import Requirements

International shipments may be reviewed by customs. The recipient is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and responding to lawful carrier or customs requests. Taxes, duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be the recipient’s responsibility, subject to local rules.

Address Problems and Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete address, postal code and reachable contact details. Contact support immediately if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
