Track Your KK Jersey Order

After an order has been prepared and dispatched, tracking information is sent to the contact details used at checkout when available. Enter the tracking information provided for your order in the tracking tool below or follow the carrier link in your dispatch message.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When Tracking Starts

A new tracking number may not display movement immediately. Carriers and international logistics partners can take several days to register the first scan or transfer the parcel between networks.

More Than One Package

An order may be divided into separate packages because of product preparation, availability or logistics. Each package can have its own tracking number and may arrive on a different date.

Tracking Has Not Updated

If tracking has not changed for several days, first check the carrier page again. Customs processing and handover between carriers can temporarily pause updates. If the estimated delivery period has passed, email support@kkjersey.ru with your order number and tracking number.
